Dr. Paul O’Malley has spent more than 30 years in clinical dentistry, building a career rooted in precision, prevention, and long-term oral health. Today, he leads a well-respected holistic and natural cosmetic dentistry practice in Encino, California.
After graduating from Creighton University School of Dentistry, Dr. O’Malley opened his first practice in Midland, Texas. What began as a single office quickly expanded into multiple locations, ultimately becoming the largest dental provider across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. He later partnered with a national dental management group, allowing him to step away from day-to-day operations while maintaining a focus on clinical excellence.
Driven by a commitment to innovation, Dr. O’Malley relocated to California to pursue the latest advances in cosmetic dentistry while deepening his work in minimally invasive, biological, and holistic approaches to care.
Over time, his clinical experience revealed a consistent pattern: patients requiring extensive dental work were often suffering from underlying gum disease, enamel breakdown, and oral microbiome imbalance.
