I've had a pretty bad oral health situation most of my life (genetically and flat out just bad oral hygiene). Last five years Ive paid the price in fillings, crowns and thousands of dollars of work on my teeth. After that I started proper preventative and maintenance actions to help my teeth and gum. The first thing I noticed from the oral probiotics was my teeth would feel clean and slick without even brushing. That was after about three weeks of taking them. Then after two months my bleeding gums stopped. I was THRILLED as nothing has ever solved that. Now Im on a maintenance dose of a few times a week and the bleeding gums have not come back :)
